Returns
We accept free returns and exchanges if you meet all of the following conditions:
- A product quality issue (non-human damage) is reported within 7 days of receiving your order. In this case, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- The product has not been used.
- The product is returned in its original packaging.
You will need to cover the return shipping fee if any of the following apply:
- The return is not due to a product quality issue.
- The product has been used.
- The original packaging is missing.
Important: Before returning or exchanging an item, please contact us via WhatsApp or phone at +1 (302) 329-5518 (Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 CST, UTC+8). We will provide you with the correct return address. Do not return items without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may be rejected.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items

We will provide instructions and the proper return address. Return shipping times may vary depending on your location.
Charges for Returns
- Original shipping costs (including free shipping promotions) will be deducted from your refund.
- You are responsible for the return shipping fee unless the return is due to a product quality issue.
- Items must be returned in new condition and in the original packaging.
- A 25% restocking fee may apply for returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within approximately 5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank—refund posting delays may occur.

Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please contact us at support@oveliumaesthetics.com or via phone/WhatsApp at +1 (302) 329-5518. We will provide the return address and further instructions.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the item is returned, we will mail you a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Warranty
Ovelium Aesthetics offers the following warranty coverage:
- Main machine: 12-month warranty
- Handles and screens: 3-month warranty
During the warranty period, defective accessories will be replaced free of charge. After the warranty period, we can still provide replacement parts or repair services; however, the customer must pay for parts and shipping.
